the location seemed good and strategic close to slopes. besides, we were near to the gondola in pill/untergurgl and the centre of obergurgl, obergurgl and the mountains.

The place was clean, and we loved the deluxe room. Everyone was knowledgeable and friendly. We really enjoyed the work desk, multi-channel television, and sitting area in the room. There was a great variety of food for breakfast, and it was excellent.

What an incredible weekend! The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and the food was amazing! I loved the variety at breakfast and dinner, with so many options to choose from. The spa area was a highlight for me, with a relaxing atmosphere and great facilities. The location was also perfect - right next to some stunning hiking trails and with easy transport options nearby.

The lack of blackout curtains in the room, which meant we were woken up by the early morning light. Also, while service at dinner was very good, it did take a little longer than expected. But all in all, these were minor inconveniences that didn't detract from an otherwise wonderful stay. We really enjoyed our time and would love to visit again!

The general areas, such as the lobby and lounge, were spacious and inviting, perfect for relaxing and enjoying a cup of tea or a chat with other guests. The hotel was also very accessible for senior people like myself, with easy-to-navigate hallways and elevators. I felt comfortable and safe moving around the hotel, which is especially important for senior travelers.

One thing that could have made the vacation even better for senior people is if there were more handrails and support in the bathrooms. It would have been helpful to have something sturdy to hold onto in the shower or near the toilet.

The hotel offers an array of excellent facilities, including a spa with various amenities and a helpful sommelier who guides guests through the world of Austrian wine. The breakfast options are extensive and the views from the balcony are pleasant. In the evenings, there are live music performances that add to the dining experience.

We felt immediately at home and had nothing to complain about during our stay.
